The SC 08-09 Short Course Season Registration Forms are posted on the DOWNLOAD FORMS page.  These forms will be due on the first day of practice.

Bronze  Monday-Thursday 2:00-3:00

Silver    Monday-Thursday 2:00-3:00

Gold      Monday-Thursday 3:00-4:30

National

  Tuesday AM 7:00-8:30

                  Monday-Thursday PM 3:00-4:30

Practice is cancelled today for all groups.

There will be no practice on Saturday, July 26th, for any training group.  This week is the last week of the regular practice schedule.  Beginning next week until Aug 19th ,we will have a modifed practice schedule.  New Practice Schedule is posted on the CALENDAR page.
