Elite LCA

1866003-1617044-thumbnail.jpgElite LCA is the cornerstone of Lost Creek Aquatics.  Its members are those who have made a true commitment to swimming as a competitive sport.  Divided into four groups (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and National), Elite LCA swimmers compete at all levels of swimming both locally and nationally.  See below for descriptions of each group, and check the calendar page for practice schedules.

Our Bronze is for swimmers who are motivated to learn our sport.  These swimmers are swimmers who as well are exploring the possibility of make this their "own sport."  Most swimmers in this training group are 9 - 10 years old.  Most are in grades 4-5 grades.  It is strongly suggested in this group that swimmers practice 4 times a week.

Silver Group is a part of our Elite LCA Team.  These swimmers are of the ages 11-13.  They practice Monday - Saturday with most swimmers practicing at least 4 times a week.  If you are wanting to learn more about a competitive swim team and just not sure if this is the sport for you, this is the group to start with.  Stroke technique is the main goal of this group.  Each swimmer begins interval training, goal setting, and racing.
