Cruzer:

All Cruzer Registration Forms (3) need to be filled out to complete registration. Late Fee of $25.00 for all forms received after April 11th.  All merchandise ordered after April 25th will not be in before the first meet.

Fill out Registration Form and include payment.  Payment must be received with Registration Form or form will not be processed.
