This year's Training Group Challenge came down to the last few swims of the practice. National started off with 2 swimmers in the 2:20 lane, they had several in the 230, and the 240 lane. The National Group ended with 18 points. The Gold group even though doing dry land before practice met the challenge of the National group and won by 2 points. This group had three swimmers in the 2:40 group, 6 swimmers in the 2:50 group, and the rest of them (9) swam in the 3:00 lane. I have to tell you this was fun to watch, we had coaches jumping up and down getting these swimmers swimming fast and it was fun to see swimmers take on such a challenge.

Congrats! GOLD Maybe next time NATIONAL
